Jowua Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your Jowua purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at service@jowua-life.com to initiate a return.
  2. Please provide:
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Video/photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
    • Complete delivery address
    • Contact telephone number

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt of your return, we'll process it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, notifying you via email.
  • Full refunds are provided for faulty products. For non-faulty items, refunds exclude all shipping fees.
  • Please note, shipping fees of any kind, whether to our return facilities or elsewhere, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
  • We do not cover any other incidental fees that occur with the return process

Faulty Product:

  • Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, extendable up to 4 years via product registration.
  • For faulty products, please refer to our warranty page.
