THE JOWUA 1 YEAR WARRANTY

1-Year Limited Warranty on all JOWUA Products.

Along with the guarantee, JOWUA, Inc. warrants all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 1-Year from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the proper instructions for returning the product at your expense, we will repair or replace your product. Replacements will be the same model as originally purchased; every attempt to replace the same color will be made. This limited 1 year warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to consumables, accessories, consumable parts, or disposable items.

THE JOWUA EXTENDED 2-YEAR / 50,000 MILES WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS WITH BUILT-IN BATTERIES

JOWUA, Inc. offers an optional extension of the standard 1-year warranty to 2 years or 50,000 miles upon registering your products with built-in batteries, such as LED Lights, Wireless Controllers, Air Compressors, and Electric Scooters.

THE JOWUA EXTENDED 4-YEAR / 100,000 MILES WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS WITHOUT BUILT-IN BATTERIES

JOWUA, Inc. offers an optional extension of the standard 1-year warranty to 4 years or 100,000 miles upon registering your products without built-in batteries.

For the extended warranty to become effective, you have to register the product using the serial number on the packaging and fill the serial number on the product registration page.
